A wetting agent is something every farmer/gardener should know about, especially when living in a dry climate.
What does a wetting agent do?
It coats the roots of a plant, protecting it from drying out, which allows the root to grow thicker and longer. It also encourages growth above the soil by helping the roots stay moist.
Unfortunately not all wetting agents are the same and some contain harmful chemicals that cause more harm than good.
There is one particular biodegradable product that works as a wetting agent and as a natural insecticide, keeping those hungry bugs from eating the plant.
It is a growers, dream come true, for sure!
